Art Martinez de Vara is a founding partner of The Martinez de Vara Law Firm, PLLC. His primary practice areas are civil litigation, business law, governmental law, real estate, probate and legislative affairs. Mr. Spears has represented several cities, governmental entities, private corporations and individuals in complex litigation from trial through appeal including appeal to the Texas Supreme Court.
In addition to litigation matters, Mr. Spears has also represented private corporations as general counsel and served as assistant City Attorney for the Cities of Boerne, Hondo, Forney, Alpine, and Euless, Texas and served as interim City Attorney for the City of Von Ormy, Texas. While serving as Assistant City Attorney, Mr. Spears has been called upon to deal with issues involving state and local government law and legislative issues; federal government law and legislative issues; contract law issues; public records and open meeting issues; draft and review ordinances; draft legal opinions on a daily basis and attend city council and board meetings.
Mr. Spears has served as Alternate Judge for the City of Castle Hills, Texas, and currently serves as Presiding Municipal Court Judge for Von Ormy, Texas, and as lead prosecutor for the City of Kyle, Texas.

Mr. Muniz is fluent in Spanish and is a regular contributor to national television, radio and print media outlets as a political analyst and strategist.

Attorney David Campa is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers. He has helped injured victims and their families recover more than fifty million dollars in compensation.
David Campa spent several years working for one of the largest personal injury firms in Texas. While there, he gained valuable experience litigating injury cases, including 18-wheeler accidents, company vehicle accidents, DWI accidents, motorcycle accidents, workplace injuries, forklift accidents, and premises liability claims. David Campa has worked with clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries and has helped clients who have lost spouses, parents, and children.
In 2019, David Campa was elected to the Texas Bar Foundation, one of the highest honors that can be bestowed upon a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Marina Martinez de Vara served as an Interagency Officer in the Legal Department of the Attorney General of the State of Baja California, Mexico. She developed the following activities based on international treaties and interstate agreements of the various thirty one Mexican States, the Federal District, and the Department of Military Justice:
1. Followed up deportation proceedings against people in Mexixo who were fugitives from justice and/or had outstanding warrants, in coordination with Interpol Mexico
2. Sent and monitored international extradition procedures in coordination with the Attorney General’s Office and Interpol on persons who were fugitives from justice and for whom injunctions were drawn based on the Extradition Act and the International Treaty on Extradition.
3. Processed requests for collaboration to and from other entities and countries for search and location of people, vehicles and objects, as well as, provided background information on people who were fugitives, lost or detained.
4. Processed requests to and from other entities and countries for determination of incompetence on people who were fugitives, lost or detained.
5. Processed and sent requests for collaboration for the implementation of court orders that were drawn on fugitives from justice within the national territory.
6. Sent and processed requests for collaboration for the implementation of court orders that were drawn on fugitives from justice, within the national territory.
7. Analyzed records of private security companies to issue legal opinions accepting or denying the operation or performance of the same, according to the requirements outlined in the Private Security Act of the State of Baja California
